This line  provides free and confidential 24/7  support for people experiencing distress,  prevention and crisis resources for you and your loved ones.   If you or someone you love is threatening harm to themselves or others,  call 911 immediately. 

Volunteers of America Crisis Line 1-800-584-3587

This line provides 24/7 support via phone chat for those in crisis. 24 hours a day, 365 days a yer you can call this number to chat with a mental health professional who will assess the situation and make appropriate referrals. If you or someone you love is threatening harm to themselves or others,  call 911 immediately.

Dialing 211 or visiting 211.org  puts you in contact with a team of workers who may be able to help you problem solve issues around essential needs, crisis and emergency services, disaster assistance. 

211 is the most comprehensive source of locally curated social service information in the U.S.
